- Who is HostInSync for?
- Independent hosts and small hospitality teams — villas, guesthouses, resorts, and serviced apartments — who want direct bookings plus an optional marketplace presence.
- Do guests pay online?
- Yes, when you turn on online payments for a property. Checkout uses PayMongo (GCash, cards, and more). You can still confirm manual or walk-in bookings from the Bookings desk.
- How do marketplace listings work?
- Upload verification documents when you create a property. After HostInSync approves them, you can enable marketplace visibility. Guests browse on marketplace and open your public property page to book.
- Can I manage more than one property?
- Yes. Switch listings from the owner header — Overview, calendar, rates, and bookings stay scoped to the property you select.
- Can I embed checkout on my website?
- Share your hosted book link anywhere today. A one-line embed widget and public API are planned; they will use the same calendar and checkout you already configure in HostInSync.
